Naicheng construction machinery oil is jointly developed by Chambroad Petrochemicals, Xi’an Jiaotong University, and Tianjin University to tackle technological issues regarding the heavy workloads and high oil consumption of the non-road construction machinery. Extensive technology research has been conducted in compositions, configuration design, simulation assessment, and vehicle tests to develop cost-effective oil that can deliver great power and match the operating condition of construction machinery.
The product is made from imported high-quality crude oil through an advanced refining process. Its detergent ingredient helps to improve cleanness, reduce harmful gas emissions, and prevent fuel system corrosion.The elaborately designed octane number mix minimizes engine knock for smoother operation and significantly reduces the engine vibration noise for a more comfortable ride.
It, also known as standard test fuel, includes the reference gasoline for the test of spark ignition engines and the reference diesel for the test of compression ignition engines. Unlike commercially available common fuel, the reference fuel is a special oil product developed to meet the engine development need of automobile assembly plants and minimize oil products’ deviation that may lead to inaccurate test results. The Company started market research in 2013, initiated research and development, and entered the market in 2015. So far, the Company had served more than 30 customers in the industry, including SAIC, FAW-VW, Mercedes Benz, Great Wall Motors, Geely, CATARC Automotive Proving Ground, Kia Motors, Analyzing and Testing Center of Xiamen University, Faw Jiefang Automotive Co., Ltd. Wuxi Diesel Engine Works, Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Group, Bosch China, and Delphi Labs. The Company has been customizing high-end products to the satisfaction of customers.
The first fill fuels for vehicles are the gasoline filled in a new vehicle before it leaves the factory and is delivered to customers. Due to uncertainties in the sales cycle, sales area, and extreme service environment, common vehicle gasoline may not meet the special needs of new vehicles.The first fill fuels for vehicles developed by us adopt protective agents for engines, significantly improve the oxidation stability of the fuel, extend its storage life, provide enhanced protection of the engines, and ensure the normal operation of new vehicles under various conditions.
The product is made from crude oil through full hydrogenation, rectification and extraction for separation.
Isohexane for industrial use is made from topped oil by full hydrogenation, rectification for separation, and molecular sieve adsorption. The product is volatile and easily soluble in organic solvents, and has a faint odor. It is the main material for the production of cleaners for high-end car brake pads and other products.
The high-flash aromatic hydrocarbon solvent SA-1000 is made from naphtha by material refining, dehydrogenation and condensation, extraction, and rectification for separation. It is a colorless, transparent, aromatic liquid, and an important organic solvent for the production of paint and ink.
Suitable for HPLC, organic synthesis, spectrophotometry, and new product development.
The bitumen product, made from selected imported materials through a straight-run process and a custom inlay impregnation process, features exceptional performance at high temperatures, great thermal resistance, and excellent reinforcement without segregation or delamination, meets the requirements of all relevant national standards and sheet applications, and can save nearly 20% of energy consumption in compacting per unit area of sheets.
Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) resin has a simple molecular structure and is a heat-resistant crystal polymer of the unit consisting of an aromatic ring alternated with sulfur atoms.With a melting point of about 280°C, the resin has a high resistance to heat and reagents, and can extinguish automatically without adding flame retardants. Since PPS can replace metal or thermosetting resin, it is widely applied in the fields of car parts, electrical/electronic parts, housing facilities, OA, and precision equipment.
The electret masterbatch is made from polypropylene with special additives uniformly dispersed in the masterbatch.It can increase the charge trapping density in the melt-blown nonwoven fabric, reduce the resistance with the same fiber fineness and gram weight, and improve the overall filtration efficiency of the nonwoven fabric.It is mainly suitable for high-efficiency electret treatment of melt-blown fabrics in the melt-blowing industry.
Glass fiber reinforced polypropylene, a polypropylene composite reinforced with glass fibers, adopts unique preparation technology, maintains the length of glass fibers, and realizes the dispersion and distribution of glass fibers in polypropylene. Toughened polypropylene, a toughened and modified polypropylene filled with inorganic minerals (talc, barium sulfate, or calcium carbonate), adopts a unique process, ensures the dispersion and distribution of inorganic fillers in the polypropylene matrix.
