Melt-blown nonwoven fabric is a filtration material made from polypropylene for melt-blowing. Its fiber diameter is as small as between 1 and 5μm. It features uniform pores and can withstand folding. The microfiber ensures good filterability, shield, thermal insulation, and oil absorption. The product is mainly suitable for the healthcare sector.
"With great superiority in scientific research and development, we develop nonwovens with ultra-low air flow resistance for face masks for children, which feature high filtration efficiency, low ventilation resistance, uniform pores, softness, and skin-friendliness. Its filtration efficiency is higher than 95% and its air resistance is lower than 10Pa."
